What You'll Be DoingAs Site Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the upkeep and day-to-day operation of the school's buildings and grounds. Your responsibilities will include:
- Opening and securing the school site each day
- Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Coordinating contractors and monitoring maintenance projects
- Managing planned preventative maintenance schedules
- Completing health and safety, fire safety and compliance checks
- Maintaining the school's grounds and outdoor spaces
- Preparing classrooms and communal areas for school events
- Ensuring the site remains safe, clean and well presented throughout the year
