We are seeking a highly committed and creative Music ECT who is keen to inspire students through dynamic, engaging and practical Music teaching. As a Music Teacher, you will teach across KS3, KS4 and KS5, working within a well-resourced and supportive Performing Arts department. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Newly Qualified Music Teacher to gain excellent experience within a nurturing and high-performing Outstanding school.

You will have the opportunity to shape students’ musical development through classroom teaching, instrumental coaching and a wide range of extracurricular activities. The department plays a central role in school life through concerts, performances and whole-school events.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Music or related subject
  • PGCE with QTS

  • Enthusiasm for developing students beyond the classroom

Salary: The salary for this Music ECT position will be paid to scale in line with MPS1.
