We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and highly motivated Art ECT to join a thriving Creative Arts department within an Outstanding school in Suffolk. As an Art Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, imaginative and well-structured lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5, enabling students to develop strong technical skills, creative confidence and independent artistic thinking. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Art Teacher to begin their career in a highly supportive and professionally nurturing environment.
You will work within a well-resourced department alongside experienced practitioners in specialist studios equipped with a wide range of traditional and digital art materials. The department plays a key role in whole-school life through exhibitions, cross-curricular projects and enrichment opportunities.

Experience and Qualifications
- Degree in Art or a related creative subject
- PGCE with QTS
- Training to teach Art to KS3, KS4 and ideally KS5
- Passion for creative education and student development
- Willingness to contribute to exhibitions and extracurricular projects

The salary for this Art ECT position will be paid to scale in line with MPS1.
