Passionate and Innovative Business Teacher
We are seeking a dynamic and committed Business Teacher to join our energetic educational community in Stourbridge.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for Business, a dedication to fostering a stimulating learning environment, and a strong desire to help students achieve their academic potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Business lessons across KS4 and KS5
• Develop and implement a curriculum that meets national standards and inspires entrepreneurial thinking
• Assess and evaluate student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider success of the department
Qualifications and Experience:
• A degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field
• A teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
• Proven experience teaching Business at secondary level is preferred
• Strong knowledge of curriculum and assessment frameworks
