The Role- Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4, delivering lessons that are engaging, challenging and accessible.
- Support students of all abilities through clear explanations, differentiated learning and positive encouragement.
- Monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback to help pupils succeed.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and departmental planning.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues to support achievement and wellbeing.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment where students feel confident to learn and ask questions.
- A qualified teacher with QTS (or working towards it).
- Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Maths.
