Our Client seeks a French ECT to teach KS3–KS4 in a modern and forward-thinking MFL department with strong leadership and well-established induction systems.

School Information: This 11–18 secondary school educates approximately 1,150 students and achieves strong progress scores across languages, supported by effective teaching, cultural immersion events, and modern collaborative resources. The MFL department offers specialist classrooms, interactive whiteboards, digital language platforms, and well-structured schemes of work that incorporate speaking, listening, grammar, and cultural studies. Students are enthusiastic, well-behaved, and responsive to creative approaches to language learning.

For ECTs, the school provides one of the most structured induction programmes in the region.
