A large and inclusive 11–18 secondary school on the outskirts of Burton-on-Trent is seeking a committed English ECT to join its thriving faculty from January 2026.

About the Role

You’ll teach English across KS3–KS4, delivering a carefully sequenced curriculum that blends classic literature with modern, diverse texts. The department uses shared schemes of learning, but you’ll also have the freedom to bring your own creativity to lesson delivery.
