Our Client is seeking a Science ECT to teach KS3–KS4, with opportunities to specialise in Biology, Chemistry or Physics depending on training background. The school provides a thorough induction, hands-on mentoring and strong departmental support.
School Information: The school educates roughly 1,300 pupils and offers an excellent Science provision, including newly refurbished laboratories, practical equipment, preparation rooms and experienced technicians who work closely with teaching staff. The Science curriculum is clearly structured, helping ECTs deliver practical and theory-based lessons with confidence and consistency.
Teachers describe the environment as friendly, supportive and well managed. Senior leadership works closely with ECTs to ensure workloads remain realistic and well balanced, while the department provides resources, shared planning materials and weekly meetings to discuss pedagogy.
