An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Religious Studies ECT to join an inclusive and academically driven secondary school in Southend-on-Sea.

This is an excellent environment for a newly qualified teacher to develop their classroom confidence while teaching KS3 and KS4 RS within a thoughtful, reflective Humanities department.

The School
The school serves approximately 1,300 students and has a strong reputation for student wellbeing, calm learning environments and consistent classroom routines. The RS department delivers a rich curriculum covering ethics, philosophy and world religions, supported by shared planning resources and strong subject leadership.
