A high-achieving 11–18 school in Southend-on-Sea is seeking an inspirational and experienced Head of Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) to lead their successful department from January 2026. The successful candidate will lead a talented team delivering French and Spanish across KS3–KS5, overseeing curriculum design, assessment, and staff development.
