The Role
- Teach Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan and deliver engaging, practical and theory-based Drama lessons
- Inspire students to develop confidence, creativity and performance skills
- Support students of all abilities through inclusive and differentiated teaching
- Prepare students for GCSE Drama performances and written assessments
- Contribute to the development of schemes of work and departmental resources
- Lead or support extracurricular activities such as school productions, drama clubs or performances
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Play an active role in the pastoral life of the school, including form tutoring

- Holds (or is working towards) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has a degree in Drama, Performing Arts or a related subject
