A high-achieving secondary academy in Southampton is seeking a passionate and mathematically rigorous Teacher of Mathematics to join its successful department for an immediate (ASAP) start. Key Responsibilities
- Teach high-quality Mathematics lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE)

- Prepare Key Stage 4 students for GCSE examinations through structured assessment, feedback, and targeted revision workshops
- Monitor, track, and report on pupil progress using school data systems to ensure every student reaches their potential
- Serve as a Form Tutor, delivering holistic pastoral support, academic tracking, and student mentoring
- Collaborate with department colleagues to continually refine schemes of work and digital learning platforms

Candidate Requirements

- Deep subject knowledge and the confidence to stretch mathematically ambitious pupils
