Our client is seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Head of Mathematics to join an established independent school in Southampton from September. This is a full-time leadership position, ideal for a strong practitioner with proven departmental impact and a clear vision for curriculum development.

The successful candidate will lead the strategic development of Mathematics across KS3 & KS4, with strong KS5 provision. You will oversee curriculum planning, assessment and data analysis, staff development, and quality assurance, ensuring consistently high standards across pure mathematics, statistics, and mechanics.
