The Role

The school is seeking a scholarly, engaging, and dedicated Sociology Teacher to deliver high-quality lessons primarily across KS4 and KS5. Person Specification

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

A strong degree in Sociology or a related Social Science

Proven experience teaching Sociology at A-Level (GCSE experience is also desirable)

A deep understanding of sociological theory (Marxism, Feminism, Functionalism, Postmodernism) and research methodology

Ability to inspire students through the analysis of current affairs and social policy
