- Logistics: Coordinating the distribution of incoming mail and deliveries across the school estate.
- Prior Experience: Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably within a school or high-end corporate environment.
- Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with school management systems (e.g., SIMS, iSAMS, or Bromcom) is highly advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
