A highly regarded school in Slough is seeking to appoint an ambitious and talented Second in English to join its successful English department. This role is to start in September 2026.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the leadership and development of the English department, helping to deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with KS5 teaching available where suitable).
Working closely with the Head of English, you will help drive standards of teaching and learning, support curriculum development, monitor student progress, and contribute to raising attainment across the department.
