The Role

  • Position: Nursery Teacher (Ages 3–4)
  • Location: Slough, Berkshire
  • Start Date: January 2026
  • Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time considered

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a group of Nursery children through purposeful play and structured learning
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS Framework
  • Support children’s personal, social and emotional development
  • Foster communication, early language, phonics, and early numeracy skills
  • Build strong partnerships with parents and carers to support each child's progress
  • Work closely with early years colleagues and contribute to the wider school life

We are looking for a passionate, nurturing and highly organised Nursery Teacher with the ability to create a joyful, calm and inspiring early years environment.

You will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS/EYPS
  • Experience working in Nursery or EYFS settings (within school or private nursery settings)
  • A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and pedagogy
