A highly regarded school in Shrewsbury is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Maths Teacher to join its dedicated department on a full-time basis, with an ASAP start. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Maths Teacher who can inspire students to develop their mathematical knowledge, confidence and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering engaging lessons and supporting students to achieve strong academic outcomes.
About the Role
The successful Maths Teacher will teach across KS3 to KS5, delivering well-planned lessons that challenge students while providing appropriate support to meet individual needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons
- Teaching across KS3, KS4 and KS5
- Preparing students for GCSE and A Level examinations
- Assessing and monitoring student progress
- Maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom expectations
- Contributing to departmental planning and wider school activities

Experience and Qualifications
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
