Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging Art lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Teaching a wide range of artistic techniques including drawing, painting, and mixed media
- Encouraging creativity, experimentation, and independent artistic development
- Supporting pupils in building sketchbooks and creative portfolios
- Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback
- Contributing to the development of the Art curriculum and departmental resources
