Our client is seeking a professional, practically minded, and exceptionally organised Premises Manager to take strategic and daily operational control of their extensive school estate. Working closely with the School Business Manager and Headteacher, you will lead the caretaking and grounds personnel to ensure a pristine, safe, and highly functional environment for all pupils and staff.

You will oversee the premises operational budget, direct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules, manage external contractor procurement and tendering processes, and oversee capital development projects across the site. Crucially, you will assume personal accountability for maintaining immaculate, legally compliant statutory testing logs—including Legionella water risk assessments, asbestos management plans, fire safety audits, and physical access security protocols.
