About the Role
You will teach Economics primarily at Key Stage 5, delivering engaging and intellectually challenging lessons that develop students’ understanding of economic theory and real-world application. Students will explore topics including market structures, inflation, unemployment, fiscal and monetary policy, international trade, and economic development while strengthening essay writing, data interpretation, and evaluative skills. You will prepare students for A-Level Economics examinations, supporting them in developing strong subject knowledge, confidence, and exam technique. Where applicable, there may also be opportunities to contribute to Business or related subjects at Key Stage 4. You will work collaboratively within a successful department committed to maintaining outstanding standards of teaching and learning.
