A welcoming Faith Secondary School in Sheffield is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher to join its supportive Art Department. The successful candidate will inspire students through engaging practical lessons while developing their artistic, technical and critical-thinking skills. Recent Sheffield Art vacancies have focused on delivering Art across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities suitable for experienced teachers and ECTs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Art lessons across KS3-KS5
- Develop students' creative and practical skills
- Teach a range of media, techniques and artistic styles
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level where required
- Assess progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain strong classroom and behaviour standards
- Contribute to exhibitions, enrichment and departmental activities
Candidate Requirements
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Strong Art and Design subject knowledge
- Experience teaching Art at secondary level

- Creative and engaging teaching approach
