About the Role
- Oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of the school’s SEND provision.
- Coordinate the writing and review of EHCPs and support plans.
- Deliver training and guidance to staff on differentiation and classroom support strategies.
- Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure effective communication.
- Monitor data, track progress, and evaluate the impact of interventions.
