A highly regarded school in Newham is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join its team on a full-time basis. About the Role
The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with a range of special educational needs. Working closely with teachers and other support staff, you will help students access the curriculum, remain engaged in learning and develop greater confidence and independence.
The school is looking for someone who is patient, adaptable and able to build strong relationships with students while providing consistent and encouraging support.
Experience and Qualifications

Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable

Experience supporting students with SEN is advantageous
