A Good-rated secondary school in Colchester is seeking a committed Science (Chemistry) ECT to join their department from January. About the Role: You will teach Science across KS3–KS4, with the opportunity to teach Chemistry to KS5 once established. The department uses well-sequenced schemes of work and prioritises practical learning, analytical thinking, and fostering curiosity in students. You will work with experienced Science teachers and a supportive Head of Department who takes pride in developing ECTs into confident, independent practitioners.
