Core Responsibilities & Duties
- Site Security: Key holding duties and responsibility for the secure lock-up and opening of the premises.
- Maintenance: Performing minor repairs, basic DIY, and ensuring all maintenance logs are accurately recorded.
- Support: Assisting the Site Manager with porterage and supporting cleaning operations as needed.
