A large, successful academy in Havering is seeking a highly experienced and strategic School Business Manager (SBM) to oversee all non-curriculum operations from January 2026.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a strategic management role within a school setting (SBM or equivalent).
  • Expertise in budget setting, financial planning, and statutory reporting (FMS/SAGE experience).
  • Strong knowledge of HR management, procurement, and site/facilities management.
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CSBM, DSBM, or accounting/HR qualification).
