Our client is seeking an experienced School Business Manager (SBM) to join their senior leadership team from September. In this pivotal non-teaching post, you will serve as the strategic lead for all business functions, ensuring maximum resource efficiency and full compliance across every operational department.
Your key duties will involve:
- Developing short- and long-term budget models
- Managing monthly ledger reconciliations
- Leading internal and external audits
- Procuring cost-effective service contracts
- Overseeing capital development projects
- Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety and COSHH regulations
- Directing the school’s administrative and premises staff
