This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy school environment and takes pride in delivering an efficient, friendly and professional service to pupils, parents, staff and visitors.
Working closely with the Headteacher, Office Manager and wider administration team, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school office. You will become the first point of contact for many visitors and families, providing a positive experience while supporting a wide range of administrative processes across the school.
This is a varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and professional approach.

The Administration Team is central to the smooth running of the school, supporting pupils, parents and staff on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents and external agencies.
- Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries.
