Contract: Permanent, Term-time only

- Inquiry Management: Handling a wide variety of queries from parents and students, ranging from lost property to complex transport inquiries.
- Digital Communication: Assisting with parent notifications via text and email systems (e.g., ParentMail) to keep our community informed.
- Safe Guarding Vigilance: Ensuring the reception area is secure at all times, monitoring the main gates and upholding all child protection policies.
- Hospitality: Managing meeting room bookings for the Headteacher and arranging refreshments for visitors and governors' meetings.
