The Role – What You’ll Do

Person Specification

Essential

  • Degree in Business or a related field.
  • QTS/PGCE and experience teaching KS4 and/or KS5.
  • Strong subject knowledge across core business domains.
  • Evidence of impactful teaching and strong behaviour management.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.

Desirable

  • Experience with AQA/Edexcel.
  • Evidence of raising attainment in exam groups.
  • Experience leading Business enrichment.
  • Ability to support university/career guidance for Business pathways.
  • (Optional) Ability to teach Economics beneficial but not essential.
