The Role – What You’ll Do
- Plan and deliver high-quality Business lessons at KS4–KS5, aligned to current specifications.

- Enrich provision through Young Enterprise, entrepreneurship clubs, guest speakers, workplace visits, and competitions.
- Contribute to schemes of work, departmental resources, and exam preparation.

- Participate in wider school life, including tutor roles, trips, and Sixth Form events.
Person Specification
Essential
- Degree in Business or a related field.
- QTS/PGCE and experience teaching KS4 and/or KS5.
- Strong subject knowledge across core business domains.
- Evidence of impactful teaching and strong behaviour management.
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
Desirable
- Experience with AQA/Edexcel.
- Evidence of raising attainment in exam groups.
- Experience leading Business enrichment.
- Ability to support university/career guidance for Business pathways.
- (Optional) Ability to teach Economics beneficial but not essential.
