We are looking to appoint a motivated and confident Year 3 Teacher to join a well-regarded primary school in Richmond, starting as soon as possible. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with pupils at the beginning of Key Stage 2, supporting them as they develop independence, resilience, and a deeper understanding of core subjects. Your Role in the School
As the Year 3 Teacher, you will take full responsibility for your class, planning and delivering lessons across the curriculum while adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners. You will also play a key role in supporting pupils’ social and emotional development, helping them build confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours.

- Contribute to staff meetings, planning sessions, and CPD opportunities
- Support pupils in developing independence and responsibility for their learning
Who We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will be:
- A qualified teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experienced in Key Stage 2, ideally with Year 3 or lower KS2 experience
- Confident in delivering engaging lessons in literacy, numeracy, and the wider curriculum
- Organised, reflective, and proactive in their approach to teaching
- Skilled in classroom management and differentiation
- Committed to inclusive practice and safeguarding
- Willing to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
