A leading group of independent schools is seeking an exceptional Head of Operations (Cluster) to take on a senior leadership role supporting multiple school sites across the Midlands and East of England based in Richmond. This is a high-impact, strategic position offering the opportunity to shape both the long-term vision and day-to-day operational excellence of several schools. Working closely with senior leaders, you will ensure that all operational services are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the needs of pupils and staff.
About the Role
- Lead a broad operational portfolio, including:
- Estates and facilities management
- Health and safety compliance
- ICT and administrative services
- Catering, cleaning, and support services
- Risk management and sustainability initiatives
- Play a key role in:
- Strategic planning and service improvement
- Project delivery across multiple sites
