The Role
- Support learning and development in nursery and reception classes
- Assist in delivering engaging play-based and structured activities

- Observe, monitor, and record children’s progress, providing feedback to the class teacher
- Encourage independence, confidence, and curiosity in young learners
- Prepare classroom resources and assist with daily routines
You will also assist with outdoor learning, creative play, and school trips, creating a safe and stimulating learning environment for all children.
