The Role
- Plan and deliver Religious Studies lessons across KS3 and KS4.

- Encourage respectful debate and informed consideration of different viewpoints.
- Prepare pupils for relevant GCSE assessments.
- Assess progress and provide feedback to support improvement.
- Adapt lessons to meet a range of learning needs.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS and a relevant Religious Studies or related qualification.
- Has secure subject knowledge and an interest in ethical and philosophical issues.
- Can facilitate balanced, respectful classroom discussion.
- Demonstrates strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Can support pupils with differing abilities and perspectives.
- Is committed to inclusive teaching and high academic expectations.

The indicative salary is MPS/UPS, depending on experience and the employing school's arrangements.
