You would be working in a successful Humanities department teaching Religious Education across KS3, KS4 and KS5. The department delivers a broad and engaging curriculum that encourages students to explore philosophy, ethics, religion and contemporary social issues through thoughtful discussion and critical analysis.

Students are encouraged to develop independent thinking, analytical writing and respectful debate skills while exploring a range of religious and non-religious perspectives. Lessons are designed to challenge students intellectually and support the development of empathy, curiosity and cultural understanding.

The department works collaboratively to deliver engaging lessons and support students of all abilities to achieve strong academic outcomes. Teachers are encouraged to contribute positively to enrichment opportunities, intervention programmes and wider school activities.
