- Preservation & Maintenance: Overseeing the conservation and maintenance of historic buildings while managing modern infrastructure (HVAC, electrical systems, etc.).
- Boarding Focus: Ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality are met across all residential boarding accommodation.
- Contract Management: Negotiating and managing all service contracts, utilities, and major repair works.
