Are you an energetic and inspiring Year 1 teacher passionate about supporting children as they transition into Key Stage 1? We are seeking a committed Year 1 Teacher to join our warm and inclusive school in Reading from January 2026. This permanent position is open to full-time and part-time applicants, with a potential TLR for the right candidate.

The Role

  • Position: Year 1 Teacher

As our Year 1 Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that bridge EYFS and KS1 learning
  • Support pupils’ early literacy and numeracy progress
  • Create an inclusive classroom that nurtures confidence and curiosity
  • Collaborate with colleagues and families to ensure strong outcomes
