An Outstanding secondary school in Reading is seeking a temporary School Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of its busy reception and administration function.
You'll play an important role in keeping the front office organised, welcoming visitors and ensuring routine administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
The role will involve:

Managing the school's main reception area

Welcoming and assisting visitors

Answering telephone calls and handling general enquiries

Monitoring and responding to emails

Maintaining visitor and administrative records

Inputting and updating information on school systems

Preparing letters, documents and other correspondence

Filing and maintaining office records

Providing general administrative support to staff

Helping ensure the office operates smoothly throughout the school day
