Our client is seeking a highly organised, professional, and detail-oriented School Administrator to join an established academy in Reading from September. This is a full-time position, ideal for a strong practitioner with outstanding clerical skills and a clear focus on data accuracy and communication.
The successful candidate will take ownership of vital administrative duties across the school. You will oversee departmental databases, manage and update student records on the central Management Information System (MIS), coordinate correspondence for parents and external partners, and provide key clerical support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) during peak times.

Experience and Qualifications

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, helpful manner when communicating with parents, staff, and visitors
