CORE PURPOSE
We require an ambitious, intellectually rigorous Psychology specialist to deliver high-quality social science instruction across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5. KEY TASKS & DAILY OPERATIONS
- Curriculum Delivery & Academic Rigour: Plan and execute highly structured, evidence-based Psychology lessons that challenge pupils across A-Level and GCSE specifications.
- Research & Methodology Instruction: Guide pupils through the complexities of experimental design, quantitative and qualitative research methods, data collection protocols, and ethical considerations in psychological research.
- Examination Preparation: Guide Key Stage 5 and Key Stage 4 cohorts systematically through terminal examination requirements, embedding sophisticated analytical writing frameworks, evaluation skills, and retrieval practices.
- Progress Monitoring: Run regular formative and summative assessment routines, utilising pupil tracking data to diagnose conceptual misconceptions and design sharp, targeted intervention sessions.
