We require a highly organized, proactive, and meticulous administrative specialist to support our central school operations team. The role involves managing day-to-day office logistics, executing data management tasks across internal school systems, and providing efficient clerical support to faculty teams and senior leadership.
KEY TASKS & DAILY OPERATIONS
- Information Systems Management: Maintain and update student records, attendance data, and contact logs on the internal Management Information System (MIS), ensuring absolute accuracy and compliance with data protection policies.
- Communications & Copywriting: Draft, format, and distribute school-wide newsletters, parental letters, and email notifications, ensuring all external communications are professional, clear, and issued on schedule.
- Reprographics & Faculty Support: Coordinate large-scale printing, resource collation, and laminating projects for teaching staff, ensuring classrooms are fully equipped with required physical learning materials ahead of lessons.
- Admissions & Event Support: Assist the operational team with the administration of student admissions, options processing, and the coordination of logistics for parents' evenings, open days, and school trips.
- Inventory & Supplies Procurement: Monitor stock levels of essential office stationery, first aid supplies, and staff room resources, raising purchase orders and checking incoming deliveries against invoices.
