The Role

Teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4.

Plan engaging lessons that develop analytical writing, comprehension and communication.

Prepare students for GCSE assessments through effective modelling and feedback.

Adapt teaching to support different abilities and learning needs.

Contribute to curriculum development and wider literacy initiatives.
The Candidate

Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

Has strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.

Can motivate students and build positive professional relationships.

Uses assessment to identify learning gaps and improve progress.

Is committed to inclusive teaching and ongoing professional development.
