The Role
Year 3: Take responsibility for the academic and pastoral needs of the class.
Planning: Deliver structured and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
Inclusion: Adapt teaching to support pupils with SEND and EAL.
Assessment: Use assessment effectively to identify gaps and plan interventions.
Behaviour: Establish clear expectations and positive classroom routines.
Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants and year-group colleagues.
