Premises Manager to lead the management of its school site and ensure that students, staff and visitors benefit from a safe, secure and well‑maintained learning environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong facilities management experience who enjoys leading a team, managing projects and maintaining high operational standards.
Working closely with the School Business Manager and Senior Leadership Team, you will take overall responsibility for the maintenance, security and compliance of the school estate.
From overseeing planned maintenance programmes to managing contractors and ensuring statutory checks are completed, you will play an essential role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of the school.

As Premises Manager, you will lead the team while maintaining high standards across all buildings, grounds and facilities.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing the day‑to‑day operation of the school site.
- Leading and supporting the premises staff.
- Planning preventative maintenance programmes.
- Managing reactive maintenance and repair work.
- Coordinating contractors and monitoring completed works.
- Overseeing statutory compliance checks.
- Managing health and safety procedures across the site.
