  • Delivering small-group sessions on emotional regulation, behaviour strategies, and resilience
  • Supporting reintegration following suspensions or prolonged absence
  • Liaising with parents, carers, and external agencies
  • Maintaining accurate pastoral records and behaviour logs
  • Supporting supervision during transitions, break, and lunchtime
  • Contributing to whole-school behaviour initiatives

Experience working with young people in a pastoral, youth work, or behavioural role is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a calm professional manner, and strong emotional intelligence are required. The ability to build trust quickly and maintain positive relationships, along with a strong understanding of safeguarding, inclusion, and behaviour policies, is crucial.
