Our client is seeking a customer-focused, organized School Administrator to join their busy main office team from September. This role forms the central hub of school communication, supporting parents, academic staff, external visitors, and senior leadership with daily administrative workflows.
Key responsibilities include managing student attendance data on SIMS/Arbor, processing new admissions and student transfers, answering telephone inquiries, assisting with school trip logistics, and managing general administrative filing and correspondence. You will ensure high levels of accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive student records and safeguarding information.
