The Opportunity
We are looking to register experienced and enthusiastic Psychology Teachers for daily supply opportunities across Plymouth.
This is not a permanent or full-time position. Instead, teachers will be offered day-to-day supply assignments based on their availability, experience, preferred locations, and the needs of local schools.
Assignments can range from individual cover days to short blocks, allowing you to continue teaching while maintaining control over your schedule.
The Role
As a Daily Supply Psychology Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that challenge students to evaluate core theories, studies, and research methodologies.
- Lesson Delivery: Deliver well-structured Psychology lessons across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
- Psychological Understanding: Support students in developing their knowledge of memory, biopsychology, psychopathology, social influence, and research design.
- Methodological Evaluation: Guide students in analyzing research studies, statistical data, and scientific ethics.
- Theoretical Discussion: Create opportunities for students to debate psychological approaches and evaluate research findings.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a collaborative, analytical, and purposeful learning environment.

What We Are Looking For
