Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Physics ECT to join a welcoming and well-established secondary school in Peterborough from September on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to begin their career in a school that offers strong mentoring, clear structures, and a supportive Science department. The Role
- Teaching Physics across KS3 and KS4
- Planning and delivering clear, well-structured lessons
- Supporting practical science lessons with a strong focus on safety and understanding
- Developing confident classroom routines and positive behaviour management
- Assessing pupil progress and using feedback to inform teaching
- Working closely with experienced colleagues within the Science department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or be on track to qualify as an ECT

- The ability to teach Physics confidently across KS3 and KS4
