You would be working in a modern and ambitious Computing department teaching Computer Science across KS3, KS4 and KS5. The department is well-equipped with excellent ICT facilities and resources that support innovative and engaging teaching and learning.
Students are enthusiastic about technology and enjoy exploring topics such as programming, algorithms, cybersecurity and computer systems through practical and theory-based lessons. The curriculum is designed to develop problem-solving, computational thinking and independent learning skills.
The department works collaboratively to deliver engaging lessons and support students of all abilities to achieve excellent academic outcomes. Teachers are encouraged to contribute to extracurricular opportunities including coding clubs, STEM activities and intervention programmes.
